1. Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or authorized travel agents.

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: from 3:00 PM onwards.

• Check-out time: by 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Modification

• Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

• If cancelled within 48 hours or in case of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

4. Payment

• Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

5. Group Bookings

• For reservations of more than 5 rooms, special policies and deposit requirements may apply. Please contact us directly for details.

6. Special Requests

• Any special requests (e.g., room type, accessibility, extra beds) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. No-show Policy

• If you do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled, and charges may apply as per the cancellation policy.

8. Hotel Right to Refuse Service

• Lewisville Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or violation of hotel policies.
